Bio

Growing up in a diverse cultural neighborhood set the tone for Catori and her earliest musical inspiration. Childhood was an immersion in reggae, spanish music, and classic rock. Classical followed when she decided to study violin and voice in grade school. Now, she’s studied with some of NYC’s finest with backgrounds in Hip Hop, Funk, Disco, and House Music.

Catori also developed a passion for sound meditation and studied with Alexandre Tannous. She currently works with antique and contemporary singing bowls, alongside a collection of other harmonic overtone emitting instruments.

Events include Burning Man, Bloomingdale’s SoHo, Elements Music and Arts Festival, and Minus Zero Winter Sports and Music Festival.
